Public Records like criminal records, background checks, and contact information can be found at https://www.publicrecords.info/land/v2. You can also search for the online public, property owner, property tax, and county assessor records using https://www.publicrecords.info/land/v2.
Online access to court records and Lubbock County Daily Court Dockets can be accessed on a website. This site is where attorneys, outside agencies, and justice partners may gain certain information online. You must create an account at https://publicrecords.lubbockcounty.gov/Portal before gaining access to records. You may also contact the Lubbock County District Clerk at 860-775-1322 or darchives@lubbockcounty.gove or the Lubbock County Clerk at 860-775-1048.

Request vital records from the Vital Statis Office. Birth certificates can be remotely accessed from other parts of Texas. However, death certificates are only available for those who have died in Lubbock County. Certified Birth Certificates are $23 each and a certified death certificate is $21.00. If you wish to pick up vital records in office, you will need a valid ID. You do need to wait for an approval email to pick up your order.
