Request vital records from the Vital Statis Office. Birth certificates can be remotely accessed from other parts of Texas. However, death certificates are only available for those who have died in Lubbock County. Certified Birth Certificates are $23 each and a certified death certificate is $21.00. If you wish to pick up vital records in office, you will need a valid ID. You do need to wait for an approval email to pick up your order.
